Technical depth provides the foundation for assessing decisions, dependencies and risks with substance.
About
I am interested not only in whether a technical system works, but also in how it is created, how decisions are made and how people, processes and technology interact.
Perspective
Technical challenges cannot usually be considered in isolation. Requirements, processes, interfaces, responsibilities and decisions influence the outcome just as much as the technical implementation itself.
This intersection is what interests me: understanding technical systems, structuring complexity and creating the conditions in which good solutions can emerge.
I deliberately work at the intersection of engineering and management.
Technical depth provides the foundation for assessing decisions, dependencies and risks with substance.
For me, management is not about creating distance from engineering. It is about enabling technical work through clear goals, structures and decisions.
Qualifications & Development
My education and professional development reflect the same combination: a technical foundation complemented by economic, organisational and management-oriented perspectives.
My current Master's programme in Industrial Management further develops this perspective.
How I work
Recognise relationships and dependencies before defining solutions.
Make requirements, responsibilities and processes transparent.
Consider technology, people and organisation as one system.
Do not stop at implementation; learn from experience and improve.
